Bookkeeping & Payroll & Auto Enrolment Package with QuickBooks Online:
Businesses sign up for all three services with QuickBooks Online will receive a comprehensive package. Fees will be determined individually.
Bookkeeping only service with QuickBooks Online:
Starts from £35.00 per hour including Client's QuickBooks Online monthly subscription fee.
QuickBooks Online Training:
Most Clients we work with book in for a half-day training session (5 hours) and this costs £300. Post training support also available.
Bookkeeping with Xero Accounting Software:
Starts from £35.00 per hour. Client or Accountant firm pays subscription.
Payroll only service:
1. Our monthly Payroll & Pension Administration fees are still further negotiable for businesses with a large number of employees.
2. Weekly or Two Weekly Payroll & Pension Administration fees are priced individually depending on frequency and number of employees.
Our Payment Terms for Payroll & Bookkeeping works:
- Our monthly Payroll & Pension fees are payable by Standing Order monthly.
- One-off fees such as Year End reports & P60 forms, Leaving statement P45s, Starter Checklist, Workplace Pension Set-up, Opt-out and Hourly fees will be invoiced separately and payable by BACS within 7 days.
- Monthly Bookkeeping works can be either paid by monthly Standing Order & or Invoiced separately and payable by BACS within 7 days.
Payroll Administration Fee: £8.00 per Employee per month - (Payable by Standing Order Monthly)
- No Set-up Fee for businesses joining the first time.
- No Fees for Employer monthly RTI Submissions to HMRC.
- Fee includes Employees monthly Basic/Holiday/Statutory pay/Student Loan calculations and Payslips.
- Fee includes Employer monthly PAYE Tax calculations.
Additional Fees:
- New Employee Payroll Set up Fee of £25.00 per Employee (New starter form etc).
- Leaving Employee Payroll Fee of £25.00 per Employee (P45 etc).
- End of Tax Year Submission Fee of £10.00 per Employee (providing P60).
- End of Tax Year Procedures for Employer Fee of £10.00 (Employer RTI Submission to HMRC & Employer Year End Summary Report).
- SMP RTI submission Fee of £10.00 per month.
- Payroll re-run Fee of £10.00.
- Other works starts from £25.00 (depending on time/amount of work etc.).
- Expenses & Benefits calculations & P11D forms are individually priced.
Auto Enrolment:
If you have already paid another company to set up your Automatic Enrolment, we will waive the set-up fees so that you do not end up paying twice.
Auto Enrolment Administration Fee: £8.00 per Employee per month - (Payable by Standing Order Monthly)
- Assessment of the workforce at each pay period.
- Calculation of employees and employers contributions at the appropriate rate.
- Deduction through payroll of the pension contributions.
- Preparation of the 'pension contribution and members enrolled' data file for the pension provider.
- Liaising with all correspondences with the pension provider on the clients behalf.
Employer's Pension Scheme One-off Set-up Fee: £25.00
- Set-up of the Pension scheme on the clients behalf.
- Completion of the Declaration of Compliance to The Pension Regulator.
Employee's Pension Scheme One-off Enrolment Fee: £25.00 per Employee
- Set-up of the employees to client's pension scheme.
- Calculation of employees & employer contributions at the appropriate rate.
- Advising employees & employers on most suitable pensionable earnings.
Employee Leaving Employment Administration Fee: £25.00 per Employee
This fee applies if an employee leaves employment and no further contribution payable by the client.
Pension Scheme Opt-out Administration Fee: £25.00 per Employee
This fee applies if an employee chooses to Opt-out of the pension scheme due to administration involved.
Re-enrolment process on behalf of the Employer: £25.00 ( Every three years )
- Completion of the entire re-enrolment process ( re-assessment of staff etc.)
- Completion of the Declaration of Compliance to The Pension Regulator.
Postponement Administration Fee: £10.00 per Employee
- By law Employers have to automatically enrol eligible workers to their pension scheme from the first day of employment.
- Auto enrolment however can be postponed up to 3 months.
- Providing Postponement Letters for your employees.
- Set up postponement period in our payroll system.
- Making sure employees will be enrolled after postponement period expired.
