Each service—such as our Virtual Accounts Office service or additional consultancy—is priced individually, based on the level of support required, the scope of work, and the anticipated workload.
Our standard pricing is outlined below; however, all packages can be tailored to ensure you receive the most effective and cost-efficient solution for your business.
- Monthly subscriptions for QuickBooks, Xero, and other cloud accounting systems payable by clients
- Bookkeeping from £35.00 per hour
- Payroll & Workplace Pension administration fee from as little as £8.00 per employee per month, depending on the number of employees.
- Payroll Year-End Fees: £10 per Employee and Employer
- Additional fees of £25.00 apply for:
Starters ( new employee payroll set-up)
Leavers ( employee leaving employment, P45)
Auto-enrolment setup, Opt-out, Postponement and Declaration to TPR processing
- For Payroll & Pension services, we require all clients to set up a monthly standing order to cover the ongoing administration fee
- Any additional services processed during the month—such as starters, leavers, workplace pension opt-outs, or other ad hoc requests—will be invoiced separately as they occur
